Identification Notes:

life cycle - perennial, reproducing by seeds and creeping roots
stems - smooth, trailing or climbing vine growth habit 1, growth habit 2

leaves - alternate, petioled, triangular; basal lobes outwardly spreading and pointed leaves 1, leaves 2

flowers - white or light pink, funnel-shaped (petals fused), two leafy bracts at base; solitary, long stalked, axillary flowers 1, flowers 2
